With over two decades of experience in enterprise platforms, SaaS, and global operations, Jim has built a career at the intersection of technology and business value. Before joining Zenardy, Jim spent more than 20 years at Accenture as Managing Director/Partner, where he led large-scale transformation programs and high-performing teams across multiple industries. He later joined ServiceNow, focusing on digital experience strategy and enterprise transformation. His leadership has consistently helped clients navigate disruption, unlock new growth, and scale with confidence. At Zenardy, Jim is driving the High Tech go-to-market strategy across the West Region, working closely with clients to realize measurable outcomes in growth, efficiency, and innovation. A collaborative leader, he is passionate about empowering teams, mentoring future leaders, and ensuring client partnerships deliver lasting impact.
