Senior Recruiter
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to lead and manage the talent acquisition process across departments and locations.
This role is focused on sourcing, screening, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates who align with our requirements and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche roles across departments and locations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, team dynamics, and role expectations.
- Create tailored sourcing strategies and pipelines using various tools, platforms, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with target candidate demographics.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the tech talent landscape to proactively identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Recommend and implement initiatives to improve employer brand visibility within the right candidate pools.
- Manage scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback coordination between recruiters and hiring managers.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, candidate quality).
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on technical hiring.
- Experience in recruiting for multi-location or distributed teams is a plus.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to assess candidate-company fit beyond just technical qualifications.
